SUPACHEEZ!
by Shank Nutboy

EDITOR'S NOTE: This is one of the more party pleasing dishes on the page, however be sure to note my own personal warning concerning the effects of Supacheez when used in combination with certain breakfast foods on the Miscellaneous Byproducts page.

INGREDIENTS:

  • One block of process cheese-food product (Read: Velveeta)
  • One packet of Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
  • One pound of ground beef
  • One can of rotel tomatoes
  • One BIG-ASSED bag of tortilla chips
PROCEDURE:

This is one of the few dishes on this page that is traditionally prepared on the stovetop. I imagine that some of it could be accomplished in the microwave, but that's not how we do it, so here are the stovetop directions.

Cut your block of process cheese-food product into little cubes and chunk them into a very large cooking pot on the stove. Heat them on medium until they melt. Add the rotel tomatoes. Stir.

Brown a pound of ground beef. While browning, sprinkle on some of the taco seasoning. Pour the rest of the seasoning into the cheese pot.

When the meat is brown, chunk it into the cheese pot. Stir the whole thing up real good.

Eat with chips.
