CHICKEN ALA CAPTAIN

EDITOR'S NOTE: Although this dish
involves the demon weed (cilantro) I'm allowing it here anyway in the interest
of giving time to other viewpoints than my own. (Shit blood, cilantro!)
INGREDIENTS:

2 Chicken Breasts
-
Some margarine
-
1 can pineapple chunks
-
Lemon
-
Lime
-
Coconut milk
-
Cilantro
-
Salt & pepper
-
Rice
-
A bottle of salsa
-
1 Fifth Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
PROCEDURE:
Take the chicken and place in a baking
dish.
Drink Some RUM!
Season the chicken with lemon, rum, lime,
rum, coconut milk, rum, salt & pepper, rum, pineapple juice from can
(include a few chunks of pineapple, but save the rest for later), rum,
cilantro, and some of the rum.
DRINK SOME RUM!
Place a bit of margarine on the chicken
pieces and place in the oven at some hot temperature.
DRINK SOME RUM!
Make rice like you normally would, and
when it is finished, add the bottle of salsa, pineapple chunks, and some
rum. Cook this for a bit.
DRINK SOME RUM!
Serve the chicken on a bed of the rice
with your favorite rum drink. |
